I have stayed several times in this hotel. I really like the view of the city. the rooms are very clean and comfortable. breakfast is very varied and tastes good. very friendly service. I will definitely come back here. highly recommended

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. And as the first time, I am very satisfied. Large room, very clean. Next to pavillion mall. Walking distance to lot 10 and alor. Very recommended.

Have a great stay in Pavilion Hotel. My room got upgraded to suite room for free. The room is huge and awesome. The staff is very helpful with everything. It’s connected to pavilion mall, you only have to take a lift to the mall, super easy. Totally recommended for stay in Bukit Bintang area.

General Check-in Instructions
Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes. Breakfast for Suites and Club Floors’ guests will be served at The Courtyard until February 28, 2019 while evening cocktails will be at the Club Lounge from 5.30pm till 7.30pm. All other club benefits remain. Effective from January 1st 2019, the Malaysian Government has extended the imposed smoking ban, further including hotel public areas, restaurants and guest rooms. In compliance with the ban, smoking is now only permitted 3 metres away from the hotel building with our designated area found in hotel’s porch cochere/ main entrance.
Complimentary self-parking for in-house guest is available. Guests are required to park in the designated hotel parking area which is accessible via the parking entrance after the hotel lobby, proceed through the 2nd boom gate into the hotel’s parking area

Location is very good, connecting to the busy Pavilion spot. And if you want to go to out of this busy spot, I would recommend to take taxi right in front of the hotel instead of using bukit bintang entrance, you will save a lot of traffic time. I didn't know that it is part of All hotel chains, I wish I know about it sooner.

I stayed for 3 nights, the staff was friendly, close to everything, easy access to the city center for culinary and shopping. There are also many variations of breakfast food. Only the check-in time could be accelerated, because when booking I had given a note for the check-in time, but it turned out to be still 3 o'clock or even almost 4 o'clock before I could check in. Overall, I will definitely come back again!

It's good but it's a bit boring because of the smell of dust... so I asked for a new room, but the food is really delicious, especially the octopus and chicken spoon, I spilled water, it was cleaned straight away, even though it was only a little cool, the biscoff blirgu gandor laka bidor was cool after that, you can go to the mall can buy a tooth gundar because teeth den basaka jo batandawan and buy Gucci 5000myr and get a PS5 from the semigel picture.

The staff are really helpful to accommodate our stay, such a pleasant to stay at Pavilion, and thanks for all the compliment provided by Pavilion Hotel. The breakfast variant are quite a lot you can choose local or western style. Since it ' s located in the middle of bukit bintang area, you can go around so easily, mall, food stall, even for transportation in a minute. Will definitely be back to stay a lil bit longer.
