Had a pleasant stay in Kozi Square. Love the room I’m in. Cozy it is, magnificent view some more. Despite the water heater and mini fridge not functioning, all is well. Oh, on my last day of staying, couldn’t access to netflix/youtube on tv as the internet connection probably has been cut off. Nevertheless, great stay.
There’s also Theatre restaurant, foodcourt and mart below.

The location is okay because it is in the middle of the city. it's easy to go for a walk. service and facilities are satisfactory. clean room just rotten and smelly because of the bathroom. leaky sink causes the bathroom to stagnate and smell. noisy room people in the next room can hear voices. xde privacy. xde water provided. Shampoo and soap are provided. so have to buy it yourself. first time I found a hotel that doesn't provide all that 😅 luckily towels are provided

There 's some putrid and dank smell wafted in my room. Chose a Deluxe Queen Bed- with view and I got the last room without window. On the bright side, staffs are helpful.

It was a good staycation place in the middle of the town. I like the pool the most. The scenery was amazing especially at night. However, it was kind of complicated to get to the pool when you were staying in the Rentap bunk room cause you need to change to the other elevator. I hope the construction progress near the pool and gym area can be done sooner cause it was kind of dangerous and might harm people or kids. Plus, there are no staff nor guard to look after that area. After all, my family was having fun staying there. Thank you.

Checked-in time & procedures I would say okay, not bad & on-time. Staffs are all friendly as well although they are actually understaff. However, the amenities I would say you can find better at other hotels. Parking is not free ya. You need to pay at RM6. I think its a different Management now. Before this hotel used to be good now I'll think twice.
