The room looked exactly like the pictures: spacious, comfy and super clean. Breakfast was delicious too! So many attraction surrounding the place. Surely will stay again soon.

Firstly the hotel location is excellent to the nearby Curve shopping mall and kidzania fun zone for the kids...walking distance. The service is excellent and the breakfast menu has a great variety to choose from.

This is my 3rd time staying here. The room is clean, spacious and nice. It is in a very strategic place, amid all the shopping centres and food haven. The LRT is within walking distance too. We love , the buffet, be it , breakfast ,lunch or dinner, it is very good and delicious. The staff are very efficient and helpful. The ambience is good, majestic and royal, true to its name.

Everything was fine except some of the furniture was quite dated. The sofa and chair need replacement as they show sign of wear and are torn. The chair was really uncomfortable to sit on because the cushion has gone very thin that you feel like sitting on wood.

Not deserve a 5 star with the hotel old condition. Room 601 please check your air conditioner condition, minimum temp still not so cold. Foods are average for breakfast.

I stay with my family for one night and it is very comfortable, very near to the ikea and the curve. The food provided for breakfasts very variety and superb. Just that on that day we arrive early around 1.30 like that and wanna to check in early if possible but the hotel not allowed it. So we need to wait in the car until 3pm.

1. The toilet is not level. The water cannot fully drain out. And the water from toilet can leak out through the wall. 2. The ice skating already permanently shutdown, the cafe too. Much different from travel bloggers recommendation. 3. The gym room is big but most of the equipments are ' out of service'1. The room consider clean. 2. The swimming pool view is superb. Love the infinity swimming pool. 3. The hotel is link to MRT. And the link to e-curve still open although e-curve already permanently shutdown. So still can go to the curve, IKEA, IPC through e-curve walk way.
