As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. General Check-in Instructions

Effective from 1 April 2012, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory RM2.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. With effect from 01st September 2017 onwards, All hotels in Malaysia are required to charge a Tourism Tax (TTx) @ RM 10.00 nett per room per night in addition to the above rates quoted. The said tax is exempted for Malaysian nationals and permanent residents with a MyPR card which needs to be produced upon check in for verification purposes. This is in accordance with the new law gazette by the Ministry of Finance and Royal Malaysian Customs Department and the amount will be reflected in the proforma or tax invoices accordingly.

Deposit MYR 150.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Very nice for the price. Clean, room is nicely furnished, staff is very friendly. However, please beware if you're a light sleeper, noise from the street could be heard from the rooms. Not really a problem for me though, would definitely come again!

I was staying in 3 different hotels during my last visit to Malaysia and this one was the best, the cleanliness was atop, compact room, hot shower, smart TV with Netflix account, comfy bed. Best service from the staffs and their approach as "green" hotel. I wish I stayed longer in this hotel. Definitely will recommend this hotel, especially for solo traveler.

The hotel and rooms are very clean, comparable to 4-star hotel. There 's water dispenser at each level, have to bring own water bottle for refilling. Basic amenities are provided. Bed and pillows are comfortable. There are less than 20 parking slots available surrounding the hotel building, with a security guard on duty over night. 15mins walking distance to Jonker Street. Overall experience is beyond my expectation. Would definitely recommend it.

receptionist very friendly, he give us a map, mark down every local favourite food and explain patiently what to eat from breakfast to supper! For room, is very clean, cold and comfortable, the bed is nice too. For bathroom, i love the rain shower 👍👍 Everything is great, just that the room isn't really soundproof Will come back again! 😍
