Hotel staff pay zero attention to remarks, room. Hygiene so so, 2 power socket faulty. Bathtub condition is terrible as shown. No basic toiletries available in room. Air-conditioning was very strong though.

The management did their best to maintain excellent 5-star service despite the cutbacks brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic. A poster, or rather a replica of the world map by early European travelers, adorns the the wall of the main reception desk. The management ought to brief the staff the significance of the treasured piece, understand and be able to inform curious patrons how the details can be interpreted. Or else it will just be another piece of insignificant wallpaper.

Good experience. The workers are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so-so but acceptable. And the room is very pleasant and clean. Even the housekeeping was very thoughtful and friendly during our stay here. Fully recommended for family stay here!

- Their staff service is excellent. Responded well to the issues raised. - Breakfast choice is limited. They charged for kids (most of the hotels I've been just let the kids eat for free) - Parking is very limited. No indoor parking - Location is good. Very near to the town. Can easily get a Grab here - Cleanliness obviously need an improvement. There is used and dirty cup in the drawer.

I've booked 4 rooms. We chose this hotel because of their in good location but 1. 5 stars? No it's 3 stars hotel with big lobby 2. No aircond at all at lobby, lift lobby, in the lift 3. Aircord in 1 of the room booked was intermittent (the worst thing is that was the bride's room!) 4. Bathtub is not in good condition 5. The worst: during checkout time, my car spilled by paint! But luckily got compensation by the contractor. Even thought we have the nightmare, the hotel still served the delicious foods with reasonable price. We're having dinner on the bed and delightful breakfast. Also we checkout at 2pm. Thanks! The funny part is we also been penalized by the hotel due to some of the linen which was applied with henna. But it's ok since the bride has paid the penalty of RM300! This is the risk of celebrating 'malam berinai' in the hotel. Hahaha last but not least, thank you to Ms Susan the floor manager for helping us to settle all the problems. Finally, it's awesome experience performing 'malam berinai' with the lovely friend at The Katerina Hotel. But we will never come back again until you upgrade your hotel. Thanks.
