As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: MYR 88 per person (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: MYR 170 per vehicle (one way)
• Rollaway bed fee: MYR 250.0 per day

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: MYR 5.00 per accommodation, per night
• A tax of MYR 10.00 per accommodation, per night is imposed by the country of Malaysia and collected at the property beginning July 1, 2021.
