The hotel was nice, clean and the staff also friendly. Location is very strategic. In front of hotel is jalan alor street food so if you hungry, you just out of hotel and can found many restaurant and street food. Just 5 minutes by walk if you want to go to pavilion. Recommended hotel.

Great hotel. Located in front of Alor foodstreet. Me and my family (4 adult and one 6 year old child) stayed in a family room with 2 double bed. The bed was very comfortable. They provide 4 pillows each bed. The room was big enough for us with 7 baggage. We love the wooden floor so much. There were many socket too. The breakfast was quiet good. On the 3rd day, we had to checked out early at 2am, they gave us compliment for the breakfast by wrapping us some cakes & croisants. Thank you so much to Travelodge Bukit Bintang 😘 We surely will be back 😍

Staff very friendly and whatever requests asked was fulfilled. However, some of the pillow cases seems to be yellowish or with stains due to aging.

Relevant with the price. Location is very near the main attraction, even itu is located in Alor. I was only complaining on room 's TV. Somehow could not see any channels. Have asked and responded, but eventually still unable. Then I was too tired to follow up. But overall, it was a pleasant experience for stayingoin Travelodge bukit bintang.

The location is very strategic for travel using car, alor street food is right in front of the hotel. But bathroom cleanliness was not so good.

The location was great for you who want try foods in Alor, and went to Pavilion. But the staff was not very responsive, there 's no doormat in bathroom, 1 towel is clean the other is old.

Location is good, just in the middle of tourist area but the area was too crowded. The hotel is not well manage in order guess to not disturb other guess. Room is not soundproof. Children play and run in the hall way until 1 am every night. The room is very small, in my room washing table was clogged and in my brother 's bath room also clogged. There is no technician/room service in the night shift, only 1 security guy who can't fixed the problem.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it 's clean, the staff are very nice and it 's well located. Right outside is the “night market” street which is nice but overcrowded. Thanks to Travelodge 's centrality, it 's very easy to access famous landmarks and book Grab. The reception team and the porter/guardsman were very kind and friendly to us. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
