3 star hotel but the facilities are complete, the room size is spacious and the bathroom size is also large. If you want to eat, just cross the street because there are many food sellers.

The place where I always staying when I visit Penang. It was called "Glow Hotel" before. Perfect location, there's many hawkers and restaurants nearby. The staff is really helpful. Room is OK and we get a free refill water near the lift each floor.

Good Locations and it is near many food places. Easy to get breakfast as just besides the hotel is a food court that opens at 7 am. Room is quite spacious except the bed is not big enough and feels uncomfortable probably because its quite old.

Location is strategic, I can walk everywhere. What surprised me was the complete amenities that I got, my room even have an ironing board and a steam iron. I booked the superior room and it was spacious. The only downside are the TV only has few channels and the bathroom lighting is very dark. Other than that everything is great, the staff was welcoming and kind, too.

The hotel's location is strategic, easy to walk everywhere. Check-in is quite fast. Parking for cars is also available. Many restaurants, Indian food, coffee shops and hawkers. It's just that Muslims can't eat at the hawkers next to the hotel because most of them are mixed with selling non-halal food. The rooms are spacious, the toilets are also spacious, all amenities are complete. There is an iron in the room so you can iron clothes, the hijab is free from creases. There are many aesthetic old buildings or churches around the hotel for contemporary photo spots. During my stay, Alhamdulillah, everything was fine, there were more pluses than minuses.

For this 3-person room, when I entered, the pillowcase smelled a bit musty. A simple problem, the pillowcase was washed, but it wasn't dried properly. It smelled damp and musty. Because my nose couldn't stand it, I asked for a new pillowcase. They looked for and gave me a new one. The sink had a significant crack. Hopefully the hotel can replace it in the future. Aesthetically, it's not nice to look at. For guest comfort, the good thing about staying at this hotel is that drinking water, whether hot, regular, or cold, is free to refill. If you want to find food, it's easy in the area around the Travelodge hotel! The price is quite affordable. Lastly, one of the advantages of this Travelodge hotel is that there is an iron and ironing board, for those who like neatness. The Travelodge hotel staff are also quite helpful and friendly.

This is my second time staying at Travelodge Georgetown, Penang. For the twin bed room this time, there were no significant problems, except in the bathroom where the water pipe under the shower was slightly clogged so that the rate of water drainage from the shower was a bit slow. When I reported the problem to the hotel, the hotel quickly sent their professional staff to handle this. For every guest request, Travelodge always handles and resolves it quickly. This is a plus. For the bathroom, as usual, on the marble shower wall, there are always spots of moldy dirt. On the first visit, the bathroom was also in almost the same condition. Is it because it is rarely brushed? For guest comfort, the good thing about staying at this hotel is that for drinking water, whether hot, regular, or cold, it is free to refill. If you want to find food, it is easy in the area around the Travelodge hotel! The price is quite affordable.

The front desk staff is nice, especially the Indian lady (sorry I forgot her name), very nice, very helpful to us. Especially when we were going to the airport, we had ordered a taxi from the Chinese staff and she forgot, the lady helped us so we were not late arriving at the airport to return to Indonesia. The location is very strategic to take a taxi to the doctor is also very close, only 5RM to most places. Easy to find food, there are also shopping places. Really highly recommended this hotel.
