Saya menginap di Tower A kamar 218A 33-6, tidak efisien nginap di sini, kita mesti disuruh bayar cleaning fee 100RM, tidak ada pilihan, setelah kita masukin uang cleaning fee sesuai yang dia tunjuk baru dia mengarahkan ke box berikutnya untuk mengambil kunci dan baru dikasih tau pin gembok. Check out harus jam 12, tidak ada deposit. Ruangan depan kamar dan dapur banyak semut, tapi dikasih obat semut sama pemilik setelah kita beritahu, tetapi ternyata di kasur juga ditemukan semut terlanjur mengigit.

House cleanliness is ok. However, in less furnished rooms, for example, a small table next to the bed is not available. We are told to pay cleaning fees but we have to throw away the trash again so it's better to stay in a hotel. 😄.

The descriptions, unit has 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds. But, it has only 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Kind of disappointed.

Setiap sewa kamar di charge Rm 100, yang katanya untuk cleaning fee. Kalau sudah kena charge kamar bersih gak apa. Ini malah di luar perkiraan. Setelah dikomplain katanya mau dibersihkan, tapi ternyata mau kena charge lagi. Treus untuk penitipan koper dikenakan Rm 10/ koper. Sangat tidak recommended

1. Harus bayar uang kebersihan 100 Ringgit waktu check in, baru dikasih kunci. 2. Di dalam deskripsi ada matras, sampai di dalam tidak dikasih matras dan harus bayar lagi 30 Ringgit/matras, tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi. 👎🏻.

For those of you who are staying here, don't be tempted by the price, okay, because he asked for another 100 RM (330 thousand) for cleaning lol, in total you can get an apartment in the same location but bigger. Ok, that's my review.

The key card is not sensitive to the scanner in the elevator. When we approach the room after checking-in, the front door was not properly closed.

They should have stated in the detail that this is an appartment for rent, so they will not be any receptionist to greet you or to keep your luggage. Other than that no problem with the room. Great view. Fast customer service. Easy access.

Apartment is fine, but maybe in malaysia the housekeeping staff don't come and clean daily, the apartments location is very good, next to loh guan lye hospital and the apartments also have cafes.

Room is of decent size. Bathroom is rather small and slippery when wet. Bathroom amenities were bare. Kitchen amenities do not include microwave and the stove did not work (probably the electricity was turned off?).
