- the staff working at the counter took a long time to check in and check out - staff not friendly and not smiling - the fat male staff on duty late at night was very unfriendly and seemed very arrogant

I was unlucky to stay here yesterday, I swear, I asked the receptionist to deliver my suitcase but they couldn't, and the lift was broken and the room was cramped, so I won't be staying here again.
