- the staff working at the counter took a long time to check in and check out
- staff not friendly and not smiling
- the fat male staff on duty late at night was very unfriendly and seemed very arrogant

The lift was out of service during my stay here. Had to carry heavy arse luggage to 2nd floor 😂 Otherwise, great location close to nearby attraction.

The only thing great about this hotel is its location by the waterfront. The picture on the apps really doesn't represent the current state. We had so many issues:- elevator didn't work.- the stair case are very dirty.- the bathroom and the toilet dirty.- the bed has bed bugs.- have to ask for hair dryer at the lobby if you want one.- ran out of toilet paper and they had to run elsewhere to get it, we need to wait for 15 min or more. We booked for 4 nights and had to check out early after 2 nights and moved to different hotel. Add abit more money, canget much better room and facilities in near buy hotel. I have stayed at other tune hotels everywhere, the kuching branch is by far the worst. Do not recommend and will not be coming back.

The elevator was under maintenance so we need to use the stairs to get to level 2. And it is so hard for my parents to climb up to L2
