indeed the staff are nice, but the hotel accessories, such as towels were completely used with holes making it unusable. The bed sheets were not changed unless I made clear request, in fact I found someone else hairs in the bed. it can be a nice place for shot stay, but usual maintenance must not be neglected. My apologies for telling the above, but I guess the review must be honest.

No good 1 - no lift my room 3 floor How I go up I have 2 bag can’t. Number 2 _ Water pipes that belong to the bathroom pass from inside the room and are not covered so you can not sleep from the sound of water that passes - Ok thanks

the real room actually so different than whats being offered in the apps, not to mention that it located at a bad neighborhood. too bad it's unrefundable so I have to let my money spent for nothing and book another one. what a shame traveloka. you should check the actual room before selling the room at your apps.

The size of the room is the same as being photographed, especially the bathroom is very different, lots of mosquitoes. The location is quite far to walk to and from the Bukit Bintang.

The worst part that I got from this hotel was I asked the reception to clean up my room (which isn't clean up for 2 days since I stayed) but when I arrived at night, the room still haven't clean up yet. The basket still full of trash, the floor mat isn't changed yet hopefully for the next services, this hotel could be more caring thank you

Something good about this hotel is only price and the service. The price is really cheap and receptionist, he’s an Indian, he is really nice. He let me to choose the room that available on that day, but actually none of the room is working well. I had booked the room with balcony by paid higher price than the regular room, but he said balcony only for family room. So, why did they offer an option for balcony with higher price? why all pictures showed on web are different to what exactly they have for real? Totally different. The room was not clean enough. The location is so quiet and bit far from pavilions, but close to Zouk.

The room I found did not match the photo in the application. And the toilets are very noisy from the top floor. We on the 1st floor (above the lobby) are not in a toothbrush and the cooking pot of hot water cannot be used. The bed sheets and pillowcases are dirty, whether they are used by a previous guest or are dirty and smell like that. In front of the hotel, if the signboard night doesn't look alias dark so yesterday we were almost stray.
