Nice and cosy hotel to stay with family. Smooth check in & check out. Great food & facilities to public. Fascinating surroundings view: we're requested Lake View to see Seri Wawasan Bridge. Near attractions area too. First time we stayed at the hotel after MCO with our lovely 2 years old baby boy.

Good place to relax especially for couple. Quiet and peaceful. Near to the lake and good for strolling in the morning. Breakfast is quite good. Room is big and spacious. Recommended.

Room is very clean & superb!!! My 2nd time staying here. The bed was so comfy & everything about this hotel is great & awesome!!

Please be informed that our operation hours for our Room Service is from 5.00am - 1.00am daily with immediate effect from June 1, 2022 onwards. Note that, it's no longer based on 24 hours starting from June 2022
The hotel will be doing some maintenance work at the poolside area and the project will commence from 27th September until the 29th of September 2023. During this period, we regret to inform that the poolside area will NOT be operating as due to the upgrade process.

1. Room extremely dusty & DIRTY (room 521) 2. The housekeeping did zero effort to clean the sink with leftover used soaps on the sink (2 used soaps), shower with hair and leftovers rice on the floor, yes rice. Absolutely smelly toilet, absolutely full of rubbish on the carpet (I can definitely tell this room has not been vacuumed for a lonngg time), dusty on the body of the bed, on the kettle (oh my should have seen kettle), my whole family is now having a bad flu we can't stop sneezing and coughing. The general manager of this hotel is sleeping because your housekeeping only cares about changing the bed sheet. The coffee house for breakfast has no air cond at all, so hott. Many people have complaint about the inconducive coffee house environment for breakfast, your top management is sleeping. Literally 5 star hotel = 1 star hotel bed. The worst hotel I have stayed. Have told all my friends immediately yesterday to not recommend staying at zenith putrajaya. Keep sleeping guys. Terible job at keeping the room clean and dining area comfy for all.

The taste of food hopefully can be improved. For room comfortable, my sleep has been interrupted because of the pillow is tiny, too soft and not comfort. Hopefully the Management of Hotel can replace with a new and better comfort pillow.

- Check in time was very late due to long que at the counter & only 2 staff to entertain the. Customer, which very bad. Hotel should have ample staff at the check in/out counter. Especially during school holidays.- The room a bit smelly when we entered.- The bed was comfort but the pillow a bit smelly.- Also found pipe in the toilet are leaking.- The food are varieties but not so tasty.- Others are OK & can be improved.

Always ask the staff to top up the food. Overall is OK, sometimes I call 2 or 3 times to topup the food. The facilities is good. Parking also good.
