It was a great place to be as I prefer the quiet and tranquility which the resort provided. The natural vegetation and beautiful orchid garden was a highlight. There are activities for everyone on the resort. I would recommend this place to family and friends who would like to take time out to relax and spend quality time with each other.

The place was very pleasant . Staff are friendly and always extend a chance to make experience better . But you should plan and book ahead , before arriving , some of the experience because they are filled fast . Beautiful views , can’t be the only 15 minutes to the Island straight from Airport .

We had an exceptional stay at Kurumba! It was our first time in the Maldives, and the hotel was only a 10 minutes boat ride from the airport. The room was excellent, spacious and clean, with direct beach access. The bathroom was large and had an outdoor shower area. The Kurumba staff went above and beyond to ensure we had fantastic stay. For example they decorated the room for our honeymoon and on my wife's birthday they brought her a cake. The breakfast was excellent, and there's a lot of food choices, our favorite restaurant was Thila. Overall we had a memorable stay.

Gorgeous resort conveniently located by the airport but separated by an ocean. The beach and water we gorevous. Lovely snorkeling options. The theme restaurants had super high quality food for dinners but make a reservation early or you’ll miss out. Great spots for photos and relaxing. This resort has it all.

Kurumba was a wonderful place for us to stay in the Maldives that was close to the airport but at the same time felt a world away. The snorkeling, spa, gardens, beaches and food were all wonderful. Anna was a huge help to us and so gracious.

The photographs do not do this place justice. It is absolutely stunning. Snorkeling was amazing. There was a bounty of beautiful fish. I had the deluxe villa with pool- spacious and beautiful! Would definitely go back:)

Kurumba Maldives was an absolute dream. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was sensational. Considering I am someone who doesn’t like sun, sea and sand holidays, I would go back tomorrow. The most incredible destination and resort.

The resort itself was good but was tainted by the almost constant sound of aeroplanes and seaplanes taking off or flying over. Unfortunately, this and the view of Male airport and port (large, unsightly ships!), spoilt the idea of a desert island.
The main bar staff were lovely, especially Ameed, April and Noy. They were very friendly and professional.
As for housekeeping, we had to ask for them to visit one day and on another occasion, our bed wasn’t made.
Food was good in the restaurants and the buffet food was reasonable.

The staff at Kurumba are the absolute best. I don't know what their training program is like, but every SINGLE staff member is out of their way kind and nice, and genuinely there to make sure your stay is amazing!
The food was great, facilities, getting there, etc... Top notch!

Older resort, but has been well maintained and refurbished so doesn’t feel too out of date. Grounds very well kept, good selection of dining options for resort of its size. Some views can be a bit ugly given proximity to Male… but fine if your room is on the right side of island. Staff were great and helpful overall.

Kurumba is a gorgeous resort conveniently close to the international airport in Malé and offering the best in service, stunning scenery, gorgeous beaches and lagoon where tropical fish swim alongside you. The staff were incredible and kind and the amenities, restaurants and our room could not have been more perfect. Even when the resort must have been busy with guests we always felt as though we had it to ourselves. Quiet and romantic. I cannot recommend Kurumba Maldives highly enough.

We returned to Karumba to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It is still beautiful as we remembered it but they have not stood still, with updated, very comfortable accommodation, fantastic dining options with superb wine to accompany the delicious food. Loved it, see you in another 25.
