Our stay was wonderful. The hotel and its amenities were top quality and very family friendly while maintaining an upscale ambience. The only downside for us was our room was located on the 1st floor facing the street so there was a lot of noise especially traffic, throughout the night. Otherwise we had a beautiful stay and the service was exceptional.

Arriving at the hotel was confusing with two hotels in the lobby (Andaz and Mondrian) with different check-in options on different floors. I was with my elderly parents, and the elevators were scattered around to give access to different areas around the courtyard. Probably not so confusing if one used the escalator.
The people working at the hotel were fantastic. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Allen, who was at the front desk was amazing, greeted us, and made special accommodations for us.
The decor is not for everyone. Very "trendy," but rough around the edges. It came off as a little cheap, especially considering the price of the room.
Hate to be negative, but it was a little disappointing after seeing the glitzy photos and list of amenities.

The top pool area was very small and not amenable to relaxing. The rooftop bar didn’t seem very open and the service at the Wooftop was slow and the bar is a pain to get to.

This is nice modern hotel, rooms good albeit small and hotel staff very helpful and friendly - but for a final last day back in Mexico City we wanted to spend a relaxing day by the pool on the roof terrace but the photos on the website are very misleading. The restaurant area has been changed and is no longer open and is enclosed by a new glass windows all the way round and with blasting music constantly it was far from relaxing to be in and the pool is a rather strange addition on the corner with absolutely no outside seating or deck and very small. On a positive note kids and teens might like it plus there is a big beer garden/games area on a lower floor which is probably popular - I think the hotel is probably best suited for conferences/guests or maybe families with kids.

Había animalitos en la cama, que asco. Su opción fue cambiarnos de cuarto y no darnos la cara. También encontramos botellas vacías, ah y una uña que evidentemente no era nuestra porque usamos gelish. Si me dio asquito en general estar ahí, es más mi reserva era de 2 días y me quedé una, prefería decirle a una amiga que si no quería estar ahí (obvio no le conté los animalitos) para no desaprovechar la estadía.

Good central location, however attention to detail was lacking slightly in terms of transfer organisation and explanation of tour payment details.
Rooms were an unusual layout and a king room is ok for two people but not an ideal layout.
