Barceló Huatulco - All Inclusive

We had a great stay here. Victor in the premium lounge was so helpful and kind, my kids asked every night to go visit him, it was one of the highlights of the resort. In the adventure centre, Joshua was amazing. We had a great sailing trip around the bay with him. Fernando Catalan at the pool deck and bar was our favourite server. He was always happy and had very fast service with excellent drinks and excellent conversations. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely adore this place. The staff here is amazing The place is very clean. Everybody's really friendly The water is amazing we actually saw humpback whales and visited three different days while we were here what a great vacation couldn't ask for a better location very quiet and safe area you can walk around up and down the streets anywhere you want nobody will bother you they just say good evening or good morning

DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE!!! My husband and I decided to get married here last April. From the beginning we found the organizer to be very contradicting and confusing on regards prices and what it was or it was not included with our package and we found a lot of stressful situations before and within the wedding day. Since it is too long to write everything here, I attached a picture listing everything that went wrong. The hotel do not have enough coordinators to really do a good job in a very important and once in a life time day. Also, every time that we talked with the coordinator, she seemed disconnected. Even in texts, she could be asking for something that I had just told her like if she was not really paying attention to what I wrote. My mom and my made of honour who were also interacting with her, thought exactly the same thing while talking with here. It was just a horrible experience full of frustration and stress for everyone. EDIT: Just to answer to Barceló... deliver a service doesn't mean deliver a GOOD service. Yes, you set up the wedding, but everything I listed made it very very stressful. Yes, the decorations were not her responsibility but don't offer to do it and then say you didn't have time. Anyways, that was the least of the problems. Your proposal unfortunately is not enough for us. We will just simply restrain ourselves to come back to the hotel. Thanks.

We played Crazy ball with instructor Karen. It was so much fun, we laughed a lot and got to know some of the other guests. It was a really nice activity!

First time in Mexico and I got to experience the local charm here. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to give the guests a good experience. Lots of activities throughout the day to keep me moving after I overate at the buffets. They even had a Mexican night with a carnival like celebration. The nearby town is small. The rooms are not sound proof. Otherwise, this place is a nice getaway.
