I had the pleasure of staying at Caribo Cozumel Guest House, and it was one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease, thanks to the warm hospitality of Cecilia. She truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and her kindness leaves a lasting impression. Jorge was also incredibly helpful with booking tours and activities. He was always available whenever I needed assistance, whether it was arranging logistics or answering questions about the island. I really appreciate Cecilia and Jorge sharing local tips with me so I can make the most out of my trip. The guest house itself was charming, cozy, and immaculately clean. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, offering all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, reliable Wi-Fi, and refreshing air conditioning.

I went to Cozumel for two days to go snorkeling and stayed in a private room at Caribo Cozumel. It was affordable and the staff were very kind and friendly.
Everything was very clean. The back area has a little table to sit at and some hammocks. The dipping pool was lovely and calming. Kitchen was nicer than it appeared in photos.
Compared to what other reviewers said I did not find that it was close to many restaurants. I walked by a few that were closed and ended up finally finding a Venezuelan restaurant that was delicious.
A heavier/thicker blanket for the bedrooms would be nice, some milk/creamer for the complimentary coffee, or a way to heat up hot water for the complimentary tea bags. Otherwise this place was lovely 😌

Spent a week here. Great people. With the exception of a minor laundry misunderstanding, everything was great and as shown on the Expedia website. I can't stress this enough how awesome the location is. Close (5-15 minute walk) to anything and everything you could need/want.

We had a great stay at Hotel Caribo. The room was really comfortable and quiet. The staff were super nice and had all the information we could ever need. Located within walking distance of some good restaurants and a supermarket. Ferry pier is only 10 minutes away. Cute little pool also.

Great accommodation if you are taking part on the Ironman! Great location, great structure, fantastic service, clean and would stay there again! Big thanks to Jorge, Cecy and the owner, will miss you guys!
