This hotel is amazing! The room I was in was comfortable and clean. The service was impeccable! Everyone was nice and more than willing to help. Shout out to whoever cleaned the room I stayed in! They left the towels in cute animal shapes on the beds and put fresh water bottles on the counter every morning! A huge plus is they have water fountains that you can get drinkable water from throughout the hotel so you don’t have to go buy water. If I ever come back to Cozumel I will definitely be booking with Cada del Amar again!

I’ve been coming to this hotel since 1991. I love this place. it’s super affordable and very clean. The staff is always nice and helpful and the dive shop across the street has the best dive masters. If you are in Cozumel for scuba diving, this is a great place to stay.

Great secluded area to enjoy private open bar and small limited buffet. You can boom direct or through travel agent or cruise line. Offered on excursion packages also. Has live DJ with ongoing music, partying and Celebration vibes. You can enjoy water hammocks or private cabanas or seats on the beach. ENJOY!

A perfect hotel, has exactly what you need! Inexpensive, well-maintained, quiet, and accommodating staff. I’m a 30-something woman who traveled alone and felt safe here.
Away from the noise and craziness off the main ferry port.
The swimming area was adequate… just if you want to swim around for a minute, cool off, see a couple fish. Shaded places to lounge throughout the grounds. If you’re coming for a beach I’d recommend another hotel or go visit another.
The center of the hotel has a nice small green space and fountain, it’s actually quite nice soothing ambiance. For ground floor rooms there’s little patios and a nice pathway leading out to the pool area and beyond. It’s nicely lit at night.
And another little nicety… which I would never mention, but was unexpected! …the shampoo/conditioner and soaps smell really nice!!! The shampoo smells like honey. :)

Pros:
Very nice people.
Excellent pool and pool bar.
Attractive grounds
Good air conditioning
Cons:
Terrible slow Wi-Fi.
During our stay a lot of construction noise during the day.
In our suite of two bedrooms and a living room, only one chair and one uncomfortable, micro futon.
No bedside reading lights. difficult to read when your spouse is sleeping!
Location:
A view of the Caribbean right across the street with a dedicated bridge for a hotel guests and a dark for scuba diving. If you are here for scuba diving, this is an excellent spot.
If you want to go into town to go to a gym or do any shopping, it is a 40 minute walk or a 150 peso taxi ride. There are many mediocre restaurants nearby and several very good ones including Coco bar and Paprika
I cannot comment on the value since the price was part of a package tour.
Yes, I would come back here again.
