Grand Velas Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

Grand Velas Riviera Maya is the most incredible resort I have ever experienced. Not only is the property and scenery beautiful, the hospitality is absolutely amazing. Ever single employee, no matter the function, is kind, attentive, and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are as comfortable as possible. Every restaurant has incredible service, food and presentation. The spa is world renowned for a reason—it’s an incredible experience in and of itself. I truly do not know how I will be able to stay at another resort that is not a Grand Velas property again, nothing will compare!

We spent a week here with our toddler and it was fantastic. Annie is the sweetest concierge and made sure we felt special every day. It was relaxing, the food was delicious, the pools were beautiful. My child had the best time. The spa facilities were very luxurious and impressive. Will definitely come back!

The Decor, Cuisine and Service are the Best I have experienced. Having traveled often for work and pleasure on 5 Continents, this is by far the Best Resort I've encountered. They have incorporated Nature, Culture and Modern Luxury expertly and like nowhere else in the world. I highly HIGHLY recommend you visit!! Daniel, Luz, and Miguel were the epitome of professionalism and warmth. Their service was attentive yet unobtrusive, always making sure we had everything we needed with a smile. Their personal touches really made our vacation memorable. Our concierge, Aimee, was phenomenal. Her knowledge of the area, combined with her ability to cater to our specific requests, made our stay seamless. She ensured every aspect of our trip was tailored to our preferences, from dining reservations to arranging special activities. The food at the resort was exceptional, with each meal being a culinary delight. The variety and quality of the dishes truly elevated our experience. We stayed here for our kids’ fall break and it surpassed our expectations. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are clean, chic, and comfortable and the food is spectacular. This is the best all-inclusive resort we have ever stayed at. Zuly, our personal concierge was so incredibly sweet, caring, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our and our kids’ experience truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back!
