We had a great stay at Hotel Bucaneros in Isla Mujeres! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially for the price, offering excellent value. The location is perfect, right in the center of the island, with an Oxxo store conveniently next door. The staff was always available and provided great service. On our last day, they allowed us to store our luggage and even use the lobby showers before our flight, which was super convenient and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

We stayed in one of the rooms with kitchen, very cozy and fairly equipped kitchen. The service from Jesus and Eric were always courteous and helpful.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in February 2024 and we were very satisfied with our experience! The location is perfect. The hotel is conveniently located on the main street where all the restaurants and action is, and it is 5-10 minute walk to all the nearby beaches. The staff are friendly, pleasant, and tried to help us as much as possible in English :) We had an evening flight the day we checked out and they provided us with a towel and shower to freshen up after the beach before we left for the airport since we didn’t have a room anymore. That was really appreciated. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and have everything you need if you’ll mostly be out and about on the island. If you are not looking for anything too fancy or luxurious, and you want a more local experience, this hotel is a great choice! Thanks to all the staff there :)

Room is a very small but we did not need much anyway because of spending most of the time out at the beach. Front desk worker Jesus provided excellent service. He is amazing and attentive. Hotel is clean and tidy with great AC in the room. It is perfectly located around all the bars and restaurants. I was a but worried about noise at night, but room was dead quiet which is definitely a bonus point.

The staff at Bucaneros were incredibly friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I speak a little Spanish and we were able to have conversations with the front desk staff in both English and Spanish. They were very helpful and talkative and were able to suggest some places to eat nearby. The hotel is cozy and clean and is very well located and decently priced. I would stay here again in Isla Mujeres.
