El Hotel esta hermoso, muy bien ubicado y tiene todo lo que necesitas para descansar, ame que aunque afuera había demasiado ruido adentro esta super tranquilo y no se escucha el exterior, lo único a lo que le pongo pero es al estacionamiento, es muy pequeño, sucio, tiene fugas de agua, y es muy complicado estacionarse por las columnas, además de que es preocupante el observar que se encuentran muy golpeadas por los autos, considero necesitan refuerzo y reparación.

February 2011 for 3 wonderful weeks at Hotel Imperial. The staff was WONDERFUL and helpful even tho we do NOT speak Spanish.. Barbara, the desk clerk does and was a GREAT help to us in ALL WAYS. It was very clean and charming. Yes, it is old but they are slowly redoing the entire hotel. Some damage in September 2010 from hurricane but that is being fixed. The price was VERY reasonable. Right in the Heart of Veracruz with lots of wonderful food close by and nightly entertainment in the Square....GREAT vacation!!! Great hotel and Interesting trip even without Spanish. ML of Vancouver, WA USA

El hotel se encuentra con muy malas condiciones de limpieza, el aire acondicionado, muy obsoleto y hace mucho ruido durante las noches. Me encontré una cucaracha en mi habitación y no fueron a hacer la limpieza, a pesar de qué lo reporte, el estacionamiento, muy pequeño, los colchones de la habitación, aguados y viejos Las toallas muy sucias, en general, mala calidad de Hotel

Nice area, music playing til the wee hours but you couldnt hear it after falling asleep, AC, remodeled 1 year ago. Rooms available facing plaza. Outdoor/Indoors Restaurants right outside hotels. Church across the street. Public dancing for 1 hour in plaza (Danzones), walking distance to the malecon (port), boat tours available, shopping, lots of ice cream shops

Walk outside and run into the zocalo, the main plaza, downtown local & tourist shopping, the church, restaurants. Just around the corner from the Parroquia and the pier for more shopping, eating and people watching. Sometimes you can board & visit foreign ships. Back to the hotel, it's charming and super clean. Modernish and very charming. The personnel is solicitous and sweet, always going out of their way to be helpful.
