Rooms are very hot and expensive. The air conditioner was not working. Food in the morning is not good and looks like they use the materials from last week. Good things, the área is nice and has a lot of trees also a small swimming pool.

We loved this place. We spent two nights here and it was very clean and comfortable. We felt well taken care of and safe. The rooms had everything we needed and we got a great night sleep before heading to the airport. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. They helped me get taxis as needed and answered all my questions. The waiters in the restaurants were helpful and friendly. I loved the decor of the reception and it allowed us to have a nice place to sit and wait for our taxis. The pool was a nice size and we enjoyed it for a few minutes before heading to dinner. There was a lot of variety at the breakfast buffet. They had a chef making chilaquiles and eggs to order. My son enjoyed the sweet bread, fruit, and cereal selection. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Great place to stay at a reasonable price.

Great hotel for vacation, visiting family, and exploring the area. There is great service, with clean rooms, large and clean showers, cable, wifi, and complementary breakfast which is very good. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub, offers car washes, laundry, event area, and can call a cab for you. Don't forget to tip the amazing staff.

This Hotel is nice option if traveling to Zamora, Michoacán. The Hotel is well located not Zamora downtown but in the surrounding area within Jacona section. Hotel is very nice and well maintained. So is good option for both business or vacation traveling. It has a Gym (24 hrs), pool is petite and in the open area. Restaurant is nice and has also open area. Meals are of quality as well as service. Hotel has parking area for guests. Good general experience. The only negative, attention at checkin with front desk people... kind of rude one person... not good for first impression to new guests.

I am giving my review based on the customer service experience and interaction with the Hotel manager "Gina". She was very rude and clearly played favoritism towards guest maybe because I wasn't a resident of Mexico her answers to my request were short, rude and standoffish. The staff were Amazing and professional attentive at all times. As a guest and a group of 18ppl, I had specific requests for accommodation for my family during breakfast time the staff went beyond the rules of their Manager "Gina" to accommodate us even though the staff were in fear of loosing their jobs. If you are looking for a calm, clean, All inclusive hotel definitely this is the place I would highly recommend it! However to the owner of this hotel, I would highly suggest you consider a New Manager or send her to a Management course to learn that Management is not to intimidate your employees and customers as it reflects on how she's running your business.
