My experience at this hotel left much to be desired. I went to enjoy a vacation with my family and friends, but unfortunately, I only encountered problems and headaches. I am completely dissatisfied with the experience, and I want to detail the issues I faced during my stay: 1. Wrong room assignment: One of the rooms I reserved was supposed to have two beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with only one bed. I had to argue with the staff to get what I had booked. Their initial solution was to place an extra bed in the same room, which was unacceptable. 2. Broken equipment: The clock and the TV remote control were completely nonfunctional, which reflects a lack of basic maintenance. 3. Poor service from some staff members: While some employees were friendly, others were rude and unprofessional. In particular, one staff member treated my friend disrespectfully when she needed a wheelchair due to her broken foot. His attitude was humiliating and completely inappropriate. 4. Restaurant reservations: The process of making reservations at the hotel’s restaurants was frustrating. With a family group of 12 people, we had to split into multiple tables (for 6, 2, and 4 people) due to a lack of availability. This was extremely inconvenient and ruined our dining in family. 5. Lack of preparation for emergencies: The hotel is not adequately equipped to handle accidents. They only have one wheelchair for all guests, which is simply insufficient. 6. Difficulties for people with disabilities or reduced mobility: • The ramps are extremely steep, making them dangerous. • To move around the hotel, you must use two different elevators. • If you don’t have your own wheelchair, you must call to be picked up from your room and taken where you need to go. However, many times the calls go unanswered, or they simply don’t show up. 7. Additional charge for room service: If you need to stay in your room, you must pay an extra $5 for room service, which should have been clearly stated upfront. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. If you are looking for a place to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay, I would not recommend this hotel. Their lack of customer service, emergency preparedness, and improper treatment of guests left much to talk about.

The room was gorgeous. There were good dining options with mid level service. The room service left something to be desired. We did not receive everything we ordered, and it took over an hour for them to come back with the rest of the order. The pools and common areas were clean and well attended to. The location was good, close to local attractions and convenience stores. Staff was friendly. The activities at the pool were quite loud and disruptive to those trying to relax in their rooms or on their balcony.

We had absolutely amazing experience staying at this hotel last week! The hotel is certainly very well maintained and service was excellent! Everything in this hotel was great! Food selection and quality was perfect. We haven’t had one single meal that wasn’t good. The amenities in the hotel were amazing as well. You don’t have to walk too much to get from one place to another. People working in the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke perfect English which was a plus. I also want to send a special thanks to Diana, who was a server at one of the pools. She made our stay very nice and she was really friendly and very helpful. I would go back to this place anytime and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a pleasant experience!

Terrible expenditure of cash WASTE OF $3500 dollars. DO NOT GO HERE. The staff are so horrible and they are RACIST if you aren’t Hispanic, I waited 40 minutes at a restaurant and staff saw me and refused to serve, when I let the manager know (he was great) one staff came over to take my order he was not hospitable and made me feel like it was a BURDEN for him to tend to paying customers. The cleaning staff give NASTY LOOKS to guests and sigh right in front of their faces. Lots of guests here (not all) are not PLEASANT, (picture a 3rd world country street market). The neighbors were literally screaming and clowning around at 3am.If you want people who are self respectable don’t come here. Some of the the guests who speak Spanish GOSSIP and trash talk those who can’t, why pay money to get made fun of? DON’T. The bar is overcrowded and there are CLOWNS 🤡 who block others from ordering. Reservations have to be made which is a joke considering almost no one goes to the restaurants. Gym is good besides terrible AC, probably best service (there was none). They stop you from going to pool at 8pm, unacceptable. The food is unsatisfactory especially at the buffet. Staff are ungrateful and most won’t thank you for a tip so don’t give it unless they are very good.

The resort was more than adequate, even if a bit dated. I walked along the stretch of beach around the resort and felt that the beach and the beach setup in front of the resort was the best. The rooms were just meh, but then who stays in the room anyhow. They had nice pools, including kiddie pool and a kids camp area. The staff was very nice and polite. The nightly shows were spectacular! Overall I enjoyed my stay.
