The hotel is amazing with great views, tranquil rooms, and luxurious touch. From the main entrance to the lobby is a 10 minute drive with two security check points. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always trying to do whatever they can to make you happy. Can’t say enough good things about them. Hope to come back some time soon.

Very disappointing and underwhelming
We just checked in and will be here for another 3 days.
Not off to a welcoming start at all
American prices but third world services.
Total lack of coordination and communication from this hotel’s guest services.
The room that we were given had cockroaches
Their butler service was non existent and we had to find everything on our own
The girl , Penelope , who welcomed us , was unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all.
She informed us that we had an ocean view room, for us to find out that it was a non ocean view, dark ,dungeon type room with cockroaches. When I brought it up to the front desk manager’s attention, she acted surprised and questioning the information.
Their local hotel taxi service was unreliable, inconsistent and we got charged a round trip journey on a one way one.
I would never go back to this place as a Marriott Bonvoy member and do not recommend it to anyone.
A very unpleasant experience.

Beautiful property. Nice long stretch of beach that can be walked on. Occasional hammocks around property which I enjoyed. Rock pools when the tides go out which are fun to explore. So relaxing. Food was delicious, especially the breakfast- yummy! Would definitely recommend this property

We love to travel to luxurious beach destinations and have stayed at St. Regis in Punta Mita twice now. It is the ultimate resort with the very best service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pools are perfection, and the views are unbelievable. The food at all of the restaurants is out of this world and their events (we attended a thanksgiving dinner on the lawn once) are executed better than you could ever expect. They were so kind to our children and even gave them sweet surprises. While being family friendly, it’s also romantic and quiet. Nowhere is perfect but they come close and the very few concerns we’ve had have been handled immediately and they’ve gone beyond what was necessary to keep us happy. This has become my favorite resort in the world. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Punta Mita.

This was our first trip to Punta Mita and certainly won’t be the last. We absolutely loved everything about the St. Regis Punta Mita. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were out of this world. From our butler to the pool staff and everyone else we felt some welcome. While this is definitely a family resort, the adults only pool was completely separate from the two family pools and was thus serene. There are several restaurants and we didn’t have a bad meal the entire week we were there. I enjoyed 3 spa services including a pedicure, burnout relief therapy massage, and enzymatic facial and left feeling so refreshed and relaxed (thank you to the spa staff especially Karla, Rosa, and Maria!) My husband also loved golfing. The resort itself is very compact, making it easy to talk everywhere. If you like sunsets, you can’t beat the ones in Punta Mita. We can’t wait to revisit this resort!
