On arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful executive suite with access to the executive lounge. The suite was stunning and gave us plenty of space and comfort. Upon visiting the executive lounge, we were greeted by Naseem who waited on us for the next 2 nights. He was very friendly and accommodating and definitely made our stay at the hotel more comfortable. The breakfasts at the hotel were amazing - loads of choice and well presented.

The hotel staff were terrific, some of the best customer service I have experienced when travelling. They are attentive, friendly and helpful! 5 star!!! The main streets outside the property are ok. People are somewhat aggressive…if you venture off the main streets there is piles of garbage everywhere and people are actually living amongst this…at first it appears unsafe but that might not be accurate.

It's far from the airport, crowded area in Casablanca, the building is clean and in good condition, the staff is helpful, it definitely has a business vibe, so If you are on business travel this is the place to go, if you look more a place for relaxing but at the same time things to do, it's better to look for another different options

They have renovation work with very loud noise throughout the morning till 5 pm , they didn’t let me know in advance , breakfast in the lounge very limited , facilities in bad shape , not Hayatt standard at all .

Hyatt Regency Casablanca has an excellent location close to the city center. However, I noticed that it’s an old building that needs a full upgrade (especially the guest rooms) in order to become competitive in the growing Moroccan hospitality industry and in the presence of other international hotel brands.

It is classy, excellent location, very attentive staff and breakfast was excellent. Check-in and check out was good without any hassles. We had dinner at their Moroccan restaurant and the entertainment/ballet dancing was phenomenal. Food was okay. Rooms were well done and clean. Mattress was reasonable. Valet service to Airport was excellent. Overall good experience.

This place was wonderful, though we didn’t think the same of the city. I don’t usually opt for an American hotel but was glad I did here, as I didn’t see anything else that looked anywhere close to the standard offered by the Hyatt. Room was on top floor, lovely and large. Pool and gym were useful after a morning of walking around the city (ie yo the mosque and back). Area around the hotel is slightly risqué but we were very glad to have this place to come back to for 2 nights.
