They accepted large breed of dog and the fee is reasonable. This is my second time to stayed in this hotel.

Everything was good about the property with the exception the shower was draining slowly. I notified them the first day, and they sent a repairman. He told me it was fixed, but it still was not. They offered me another room, but I was too tired to move. That was the only negative about this hotel. The staff was very courteous but management should do quality checks frequently!

Was nothing to do in comparation with the pictures of the website of the facilities , I think this important hotel group should take care of it to keep their usual image . I’ll never come back. Poor is the most core t word I can use . Hope they take care asap

Air conditioning was warm and hardly blowing any air, did complain but nothing done. Tour groups do pick up at the hotel and the pool was good.

The washroom wasn't clean.

I paid for junior suite, and was given with a dog barking next to me. I informed the desk agent and was told that was the only suite there is. I was giving a room afterwards, even though I paid for a suite because of availability. The room did not have any Wi-Fi, which made it very difficult for me to connect. Inside the room, there was only one cover and the night was cold so I had to double up in order to sleep. During breakfast, there was a lack of utensils.
Based on previous reviews, the pool was under construction and is still under construction!

It was fine, rooms cleaned every day, staff were friendly.
I was very disappointed by the pool which was under construction and unusable. We chose that hotel because the pool looked great on the advert.
On a positive note, there was a good atmosphere for watching Morocco progress in the world cup.
