The place really is faultless. The staff, the facilities, location we really cannot recommend the Nobu enough. We have travelled the world extensively and as a 54 year old man I have never been to a hotel like this and considering we like to travel luxuriously this place is a standout. This property is in a terrific location to visit the nearby medina, gardens, mosques, etc. Having Nobu as a dining option is fantasic, but also having it available via room service is a nice perk. The rooftop pool is terrific during the day to relax (though not kid friendly) and is also fun at night with a DJ, swing chairs, etc. The 24 hour door security is very comforting as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall this hotel was a really special experience for my sisters 50th birthday. However there is a lot to do here to join up all the staff and really listen to what guests are asking especially prior to arrival. Weeks before arrival I was trying to arrange with them room preparations, birthday cake etc and none of it went to plan in fact they gave me and my husband the key to the birthday room and we embarrassingly had to convince my sister to swap so she could be 'surprised'. It also took an hour for them to check us in after we had already been delayed at the airport. The same happened with spa treatments I tried to pre book, there needs to be a guest liaison to deal with all areas of the hotel to make it joined up. That said the breakfast was amazing, all bars, food and drinks were high standard it's just that extra piece you expect from a hotel like this to make the experience special and stress free to organise. We would have spent more money if things flowed comfortably. Overall we had a great experience.
