Radisson Blu Resort, Saidia Beach

Room we were staying not clean enough and bathroom was least clean and water in floor of bathroom , I purchased food drinks included but no clear liquid information where you suppose to go to find place of dining

Water front location, beautiful beach and great service made this property special.

No organization at all. Going to get food from the buffet is like going to war. Restaurants à la carte are closed even if the hotel is at capacity. One restaurant “Taste of Spain” that is open serves only ONE menu every day. Not menu to choose from, just one plate. Majority of people not waiting the bracelet indicating they’re part of the all inclusive yet they’ll eating and drinking. The reception indicated that room service isn’t available, but saw multiple “friends” of the staff getting this service. It is a chaotic place. Please avoid at all cost. We go a lot to other all inclusives in Morocco, this was our worst experience ever.

Horrible resort, the worst experience I ever had in a hotel in the entire world, we had to wait 4 hours for our room be ready and after it when we got in the room floors were wet in the entire room, the bell hop very nice man apologize and told us he will ask the cleaning lady to comeback to go over the floors because the floors got dirty with our shoes, I was there for two nights and she never came, food is very limited if you are not a fan of chicken you won’t have much to eat, drinks are very limited as well and the staff are very rude , I saw a foreign lady yelling to the hotel director in the middle of the lobby, complaining about the hotel service, also the elevator doesn’t work only one near the lobby, I had been in others hotels in Saidia but this was the worse experience I ever had, the bell hop guys are the more professional in the entire hotel, I feel like I threw my money away going to this hotel, to the point I don’t even want to remember the name of it, very disappointed. Bd aware the hotel doesn’t look in reality like it does look in pictures, very small areas and pools , animation is horrible , I don’t know if the management of the hotel that I’m they don’t care or is the staff that are not well oriented.

I had a pleasant stay at this wonderful property, thanks to; Nice beach, clean air and great service. I would recommend this property for its good value.

Great location and superb service made my stay enjoyable. Also meals were exquisite. I definitely recommend this place as a really nice getaway!

Dirty Rooms... mosquitoes on the walls ... either stuck on the wall or splattered in the walls. blood on the floor in some instances ... The staff doesn’t care about our presence ... seems to be doing us a favor more than service. Food was mostly bland .. or cold ... despite many choices available. Same problem as every other hotel in Morocco... great location and property but terribly run and terrible customer service. These should be given to hotel management groups with experience...

Not a 5 star at all. Staff runs from you when you ask them for drinks. No follow up. There were ants infestation outside my room and it took 3 calls fo have it fixed.

Schönes Hotel, schöne Zimmer. Leider nur das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht dem Hitel würdig. Auswahl ziemlich eintönig.

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel au Radisson Blu Resort Saïdia, tellement agréable que j'ai prolongé d'une nuit grâce à l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel, notamment Mounir qui s'est montré très attentionné. Le sommeil y est parfait, avec des chambres propres et bien entretenues. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, que ce soit pour le service, la nourriture variée et délicieuse ou le confort général. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour relaxant et de qualité

J'ai passé un séjour mémorable au Radisson Blu Saïdia Beach. L'hôtel brille par sa propreté irréprochable, que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans les espaces communs. Ma chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très bien entretenue. La nourriture, variée et savoureuse, accompagnée de boissons de qualité au bar, a su satisfaire toutes mes attentes. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout à fait justifié. L'accueil à la réception était exceptionnel, un grand merci à Fatima Zahrae et Asia pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Un remerciement tout particulier à Mounir❤️❤️❤️ du service Relation Client, toujours attentif et réactif à nos besoins. Enfin, le service au restaurant et au bar était tout simplement impeccable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation pour des vacances réussies

Nefasto, precios muy altos para lo que es. Me arrepiento de haber gastado tanto dinero para no poder salir a disfrutar, me quedaba en la habitación por culpa de la masacre de los mosquitos

Voor deze prijs is deze hotel het niet waard de kamers mogen schoner ze waren best vies, het eten was wel lekker alleen heel druk te veel mensen,

Es war leider für den preis einfach schlecht das essen war eintönig und schlecht nur das personal war nett

I certainly didn't think it was a 5 star accommodation. We had problems with ants in the room and there was little the staff could do about it. the food wasn't great either. I thought it was a bit on the lesser side on all counts. It is certainly not worth the money you pay there. one-time visit unfortunately.

El hotel no vale nada servicio muy mal y comida tampoco ese hotel no vale para nada

Mise à part une receptioniste qui travaillais pour 10 le reste du personnel sont en mode vacances. Le ménage est baclé, tu comprend mieux quand tu vois qu'une femme de ménage bécote avec un autre membres du personnel dans les chambres. L' hôtel ne mérite pas ce standing surtout quand tu prend une suite et que c'est sale à l'intérieur des équipements déffectueux. Les repas ne sont même pas cuit. En plus tu viens pour te reposer tu te retrouve en face d'une boîte de nuit sans qu'on te le dise au départ. Les douches n'avaient pas de portes donc je peux garantir qu'il y'avait de l'eau partout. Vraiment déçu de A à Z surtout vu le prix de la nuit ça ne vaut pas le coup.
