The hotel very old abd after last time I was staying in 15 years backbthis summer found out nothings has been charged the bed sheet very dirty floor still have hair from last customer.
One good thing about is location in middle of everything you looking for.

Wasn’t expecting much of a luxury considering that I booked a basic room. However, there wasn’t anything at my stay that made the hotel a delight and to say the least a place to chill. Despite a good number of tourists the music by the pool was exclusively to the local taste. It seemed that the music choice was made to please the hotel staff not the visitors. They played loud music all day long with the exception of Friday where they did not play music whatsoever. Worse still, music was way too loud and cleaning staff had to communicate yelling across the hotel compound. It was so noisy and way too loud that I had to use ear plugs at my room so I can get some sleep. Restaurant was empty and despite advertising a diner menu, 4 members of staff at the front of house couldn’t deliver service. I ordered dinner and sat for over 30 minutes before standing up and cancelling my order. But, what made it worse and unacceptable is the hotel Wi-Fi that kept dropping and had to spend most of my time waiting for content to load. Absolutely terrible, I felt so miserable. I did complain to reception and all I got was shrugged shoulders.

Another return trip for us to the Tagadirt (our first stay was over 35 years ago, so it’s not new!) & enjoyed it as much as ever. The staff are lovely & always find us a quiet studio. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. The swimming pool is very relaxing & shielded from Atlantic winds in winter and the well tended gardens make this a great value stay in the centre of Agadir.

Very poor service the receptionist was rude , no door man nobody helps , the room was dirty smells terrible , towels very dirty dirty , toilet smells of drain, the bed wasn’t comfortable , no air conditioning no Hairdryer no soap Nooo tv it was so boring , the swimming pool was so dirty, the breakfast was a Disaster only Smelly eggs and old bread, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL please save your money and go somewhere Else. Only thing good about this place is the LOCATION that’s it .

Property was closed when we wanted to check in after two hours drive, They left a sticker on the glass door with a phone number, No one answered our call, we had to find another hotel. Very disappointing

Booked 2 bed room, we had to go up multiple of stairs before getting to room and that was exhausting every time. Also, telephone in room does not work, don’t know why staff placed it there. No fridge in room even tho we were staying there 7days & weather was really hot so constantly buying water but having no way of keeping it cooled also Moroccan water is not drinkable so had to buy bottled water. When I explained to staff at reception, they said to pay extra 200 dirhams daily if I wanted a fridge in my room otherwise it’s not their problem I should of booked a bigger apartment with kitchen instead. Very poor quality everything at the hotel, would NOT recommend it at all!
