Helpful staff. Since it's low season, no hot air balloon can be seen on the rooftop at the moment.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Staff are very enthusiastic for us to check in early, support the sightseeing information. Motorbike rental at the hotel. Many mosquitoes but the general condition of Myanmar.

The resort is really impeccable! They allow us to check-in very soon (at 7 a.m) after a long trip on bus from Yangon to Bagan. Moreover, they offer us a free breakfast. Even spectacularly, they even allow us to check out late until 6 p.m on the next day (till we go to bus station for the night trip back to Yangon). Those things are so incredible that I've never thought it could be possible. Regarding the service, all staff are very professional, very friendly and helpful at 24/7. Breakfast buffet is good, the swimming pool is great and the surroundings are trees & very beautiful. The resort is located near many main pagodas & temples in Bagan. They also have some useful services as e-bike and tuk-tuk at very reasonable price (could save you a little money for travelling). The resort has a very nice road with full of trees at both sides (must try it). Many restaurants are around (3km far) and Weather Spoons must be a good choice (gg it).

Good service but room quite old

Service is very good, smiling. Service is very good. Located in the Old Bagan area, not far from tourist attractions. The mouth of the alley has a restaurant, minimart, drugstore, E-Bike rental store, and E-Bike can be rented and bus tickets at the hotel.
