Robby, Kimberly and Fabion were all wonderful. They were accommodating, curious and always professional. The property is convenient to rail and a short trip to The Hague. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel was perfect for a one night stop for me on a business visit to the Netherlands. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Somebody made me a fresh omelette right there for breakfast, right in front of me 😀 There is a rail track that runs at the back of the hotel with regular electric trains, but that wasn’t a problem for me.

Le personnel était très bien. La chambre est exigüe, mais très correcte. Par contre, le plancher de la chambre avait besoin d'un léger nettoyage à l'aspirateur après deux jours. Hôtel bien placé pour rayonner entre quelques villes intéressantes.

The room was dirty i found dirty socks on the chair, there was lits from bottles in the shower. The person who ‘cleaned’ this room obviously didn’t care. The room was next to entrance of the floor, so slamming of door all the time and people talking loud in the hall. The parking lot was full of empty bottles and food wraps. When i came back one night there was 1 parking spot left all the way in the back, there were group off people hanging there drinking and smoking. That late at night gave me an unsafe feeling. All

Great location friendly staff great place good parking facilities definitely stay again only let down was cleanliness of the room in certain areas for example the bathroom was slightly dirty example of this is left over razor cover on top of shower wall and some dirt on the wall like a line of shampoo but I enjoyed the stay, and Bastion have always been a good experience, thank you

Nette kamer voor een fair prijs. Citytax a 3.50 pppn is idioot maar daar kan Bastion niets aan doen. McDonald is op 10 mtr. afstand en heeft een uitstekend ontbijt a 8.25 voor 2 personen. Voor senioren was dat meer dan genoeg.

Was visiting Rotterdam in connection With Rowing worldcup. Ok location for reaching the Rowling stadium and morning jogging. Excellent service, Nice Roma and solid breakfast.
