I love the room size , but don’t like the glass door on the bathroom. Also the shower needs information on how to operate it to get warm water.

This was a return stay @4Elements. Everything was good, including the Autumnal weather. Our only minor gripe was the lack of milk for the coffees or teas in the room. When asked for some we were given powdered cream! Even longlife pots would have been better! But we'll still return Ijberg is a lovely district of Amsterdam.

Fantastic hotel in the beautiful area of IJburg. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Beautiful hotel and clean.
Restaurant has great food and service.
Sky Bar has fantastic drinks and views!

It's a lovely place but an expensive Uber to get anywhere. It was too cold to bike but that would be a great option for others to utilize.

Great hotel with good water views and close to local restaurants and grocery store. About a 7 min walk from the tram and 26 min tram ride to central station but the price was good and hotel was pretty fancy for what we paid. Was not a big fan of the frosted glass barn style bathroom door.

We arrived earlier than check in snd our room wasn’t ready. We had some drinks outside over looking the beautiful marina. At 3 the room still wasn’t ready but the matter was dealt with really well. We got an apology and a voucher for 4 free drinks from the Skylight Bar. Once we got into the room it wAs worth the wait! The view was spectacular! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel. Really nice rooms and bathroom. The building and location was great. Was a 15min tram from central station and only a 10min walk to the hotel after that.
Your right next to the Marina, and the view from our room was lovely.
Will be staying at this hotel again.

There was not any upgrade for us and also there was no VIP access either. The air conditioning was non existent in this hotel. While it was not extremely hot outside the room would hold in the heat and stuffiness and it would not cool off at night. We opened the window at night but it’s on opened about 4 inches so there was very little relief in the room,

So so, the place looks nice from outside but it is severely understaffed. Also, there are too many drunk tourists and the rooms are not soundproof. The ad said the rooms are soundproof, but they are not. Avoid at all costs to have a room next to the elevator if you want to sleep at night.

So we stayed here as near a wedding venue. A/C never got cool, set to 18 but never got below 21. Very eco but not good. Rug next to bed looked very dirty, could in theory be design but was not going to touch to find out. Bathroom good but some flaws, bedroom nice, but an hour to get to most places in Amsterdam and previous places have only been 30 minutes away. In short we would not stay again, but it was OK
