The Staff was excellent. Mohammed, Jean, and Mildred, the check-in clerks, were all very helpful, courteous, and professional. They should be commended.

A great option to stay if you need accommodation next to the airport. Functional, modern, spacious rooms with the necessary amenities. Otherwise, a bit far from the points of interest in Aruba.

Our stay at the resort was wonderful! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and handed two flutes of champagne, which was a delightful surprise. We were then given a tour of the resort, highlighting all the essential spots we’d need to know. When we reached our room, we were shown its spectacular amenities. I particularly loved the tablet that allowed us to reserve everything from beach chairs to food orders and reservations. The resort was quiet, serene, clean, and well-organized. The service throughout the facility was excellent, especially at the bar, concierge, and greeting areas. The highlight of my trip was the breakfast, which offered everything you could expect and more, with exceptional timing. I also appreciated the availability of a washing machine and dryer (just needed to buy detergent) to clean some clothes during our stay. There wasn’t anything I disliked about the place. The bathroom even had a TV in the mirror! The room was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed lounging on the sofa from time to time. The beachfront was pristine, and if you needed anything, you could simply raise a flag on the beach chairs, and the staff would promptly assist. Overall, this was an exceptional experience and vacation. I’m usually sad when leaving a place like this, but not this time because I know I’ll be back soon! Well done, Bucuti & Tara.

Front desk need some customer service training to improve on their interactions with clients.

The proximity to the airport is amazing! A few feet walking distance. Literally on the same sidewalk. Staff were courteous and professional. Continental breakfast was delicious. Entire island is only 20 miles long, so very easy to get to anything you want to visit!

This was my second stay and it was not as good as my first. Its still a budget friendly option buti will choise another place to stay when i return.

This property really exceeded my expectations, the hyatt airport place is a new building, it is very clean and very convenient as it is down the block from the airport. Although it is down the block from the airport I literally heard no planes for my entire trip thanks to their soundproof rooms. For those wondering how they’ll get to downtown or the other Aruba beaches, they also have a daily shuttle. The staff were really nice and helpful and the restaurant inside of the hotel was reasonably priced and was really good.

Great stay

The hotel is within walking distance from the airport but quiet. Pros: The breakfast with a full range of food is very tasty. Parking is straightforward: a flat rate for the entire day, regardless of how often you enter and exit. The staff is fantastic and helpful. Location: right in the middle of everything. We bought snacks from C-Mart, 5 minutes' driving distance. Cons: Laundry. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay, and we definitely recommend it for families.

My stay was very comfortable..rooms were cleaned daily..fresh towels..hotel arranged transportation to and from places. Staff were friendly.made recommendations. Called taxi..gave lots of information. I loved the pool area. 2 mins walk from the hotel..ease to get there on bus. 15 mins away from main areas.. but overall, i loved it

We were here for an overnight stay before our flight out. This was excellent option. On the airport property, very quiet and excellent breakfast. The only negative is a lack of signage.

It's closer to the airport.There are some restaurents nearby walkable distance. If you plan a head there are free shuttle for the beaches i rented a car i dont have problem to commute.Pretty safe.
