Conveniently located on major metro line. Really fabulous breakfast buffet. Nice bar area downstairs. Restaurant is excellent.
Only downside is that the immediate area will be interesting in a year or so once the construction is completed.
Bring a bathing suit if you want to use the sauna .

Couldn’t fault the hotel staff . Check in was super quick and so friendly . After the long drive., the efficiency was appreciated. We offered a free upgrade to top floor nicer room. So very happy .
Small shop was also well stocked and very convenient. Alittle pricey, but easy to use and useful. Only small issue was out room was near the lift, and life noise could be heard throughout the day and night.
So if looking for a peaceful room, ensure you are away from the lifts .
I’ve sitill given 5 stars, as was very happy all round . And only 14 mins from the city and the station is next to the hotel.

Great hotel with tram stop outside. Excellent restaurant and breakfast and fantastic menu. The chicken dish is superb. Stayed for 4 nights before heading home to Canada.

I have mixed opinions about this hotel. On one end, the staff members are very helpful and friendly. The design is modern and the room is clean. The beds and beddings are comfortable. Location-wise, the hotel is not close to the tourist attractions of the city, but it’s right by a metro station that can take you in town, and the trains schedule is frequent.
On the other end, the building itself is interesting in the sense that you can hear the sounds from the pipes and your neighbors opening/closing their doors, etc. The street outside of the hotel has a lot of trash, and the metro station is consistently out of single trip tickets.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the Overamstel subway station, which makes access to and from Centraal Station and Schipol Airport very easy. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and speak fluent English. Our room faced the subway tracks, but we never heard the trains, nor passing aircraft on the approach to Schipol. The dining room is quaint and we enjoyed our first dinner in Amsterdam there. The breakfast buffet is well worth the price, the selection is huge, and there is a lot of seating space. Our bedroom was spacious, the view was nice, the bathroom was clean and tidy. We had no complaints about anything, we were well taken care of and would certainly recommend this place to anyone, and should we return to Amsterdam we would stay here again. There isn't much to see in the immediate area as a tourist but the walk along the street, canal and sidewalks were all enjoyable.

There was issue with the drains and sewers. Water was hardly going down the drain in both shower and bathroom. So it was very unpleasant experience in the room. However, the hotel breakfast was amazing and made us forget about how bad the room was.

Great hotel in good location. Whilst outside of central Amsterdam it was quick and easy to get the tram in to the centre with the station a very short walk from the hotel.
Hotel itself was modern, friendly with a nice bar and restaurant. Would recommend.
