Fantastic shower, nice water view, good quality free cappucino in the morning.
The mattresses were comfortable but very light weight. Even with the heat turned off, the room was still too warm for my sleeping comfort.

We really enjoyed the stay, specially the welcome offer, a drink while checking in was great and not just a glass of water but a gin tonic….. definitely going back there!!!!

Great atmosphere on arrival. Rooms are basic but clean and fun. Great location, next to the bike hire centre, station and only 10 mins walk into the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was more problematic than I was expecting.
It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the room such that it was too hot.
With a room on the first floor above the kitchens, there was a lot of load noises that made it difficult to get to sleep.

Overall an okay hotel, limited food choices and restaurants are taxi rides so not convenient. Allowing pets into the bar/food area was not really hygienic or considerate to customers who may have a phobia with animals.

Crisp, professional service, impeccably clean room and facility, and very conveniently located with the train station literally right across the street. A leisurely walk I to the town center takes no more than 15 mins and the neighborhood along the way is pleasant to be in in it's own right. I was happy I chose this place. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was convenient, 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback - the ventilation was so annoyingly loud (with no option to turn it off) that my husband couldn't sleep.

They claim they didn’t get payment from Hotels.com and instead of checking in at 11pm , when I arrived, I was only able to do it after midnight.
They blamed hotels.com of course.

Great place to stay, thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only criticisms i had were that we had to pay something called 'city tax' after alrrady paying whati thought was in full for our stay, we were not made aware of this prior. Also, for breakfast on 2 mornings for me and my partner, we would've had to pay 60 euros which was a little too much for us to justify paying for, so we opted out. Outside of that, facilities were amazing and would stay again.

Overall the hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is worthwhile. Proximity to the old quarter is decent, but having a bike definitely helps.
Service was slower than it should be - we waited over an hour for a sandwich and salad the first day. On another day our room did not get made up until after 6:00 p.m. and only after I asked at reception. They claimed it was because we had the DND sign on the door, but that was only for 15 minutes to avoid being surprised in the shower (like happened the day before!).
Overall I’d say the staff gave an effort, but need more training and clearer communication.

Hotel was clean and smart. It was billed as an eco hotel but they changed the towels daily regardless (despite them being hung up on the rails) which was confusing tbh. Shower was good pressure, nice toiletries, comfy bed, large tv with plenty of channels, plenty of plugs including usb slots and great location - took less than 2 minutes to exit the station and reach the hotel. Lots of amenities near by. Rooms were nice and quiet
