**Review for Hotel the Florian, Amsterdam**

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel the Florian in Amsterdam, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.
First, the location is incredibly convenient. It’s just a quick 5-minute bus ride from the airport, which made my arrival and departure so stress-free. Plus, it’s only about 25 minutes away from central Amsterdam, making it easy to explore all the iconic sights without feeling overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The room itself was beautifully designed—very clean and inviting—with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor perfectly reflects the charm of Amsterdam, and I loved having a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood.
One of the standout features of the hotel was the attention to detail provided by the staff. They went above and beyond with their service and provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions, which really enhanced my experience in the city.
I had a great time during my stay, and I truly cannot recommend Hotel the Florian enough. Whether you’re in Amsterdam for business or leisure, it's the perfect home base. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport bus line (two stops from the airport station). There was no shuttle, but if you have light luggage thats fine. The room was modern and spacious. We used the hotel as our home base while exploring Amsterdam, as there was Taylor Swift concert in town, and most other options were booked out already. For our purpose it was easy to reach the city center via bus and return busses ran until late.

We had a good stay for 5 days, everything is good but lights in the room are very dim would be great if you can adjust the intensity of the light, the ceiling of our room is unfinished so it does take away the aesthetic of the room once you lay down and all you can see is the ceiling (i don't know if it's just our room that has unfinished ceiling), very few accommodations, no mini fridge, no iron/steamer for clothes, no shampoo (only body wash), there's an option to get your towels changed that you can hang in your door knob outside if you want them changed but when we did it our towels weren't changed (told us to put our towels on the floor if we want it to be changed) so yeah we stayed for 5 days with the same towels, they also don't do cleanings every day plus the first 3 days of our stay our aircon was turned off (we noticed it turns off or not working after 12 am) so we were sweating in our sleep for 3 nights as the beddings were very thick. It is very close to a bus station which is great if you plan to travel a lot, overall the design and aesthetic of the whole hotel is great but more improvements could be made.

Way to modern with lighting that is useless and very poorly designed and decorated. No shuttle service and ensure the road construction is completed. This caused a lot of problems for Uber transportation. With no dining options near by the restaurant hours were poor at best.

Room was great for the price, a fridge would've been nice.
The coffee machine did not work properly at all which was a little disappointing in the mornings.
We did let the staff know and they tried their best but it just did not work.
