Beds were so so comfy, hotel had an excellent design and modern. Staff were excellent :)

Very friendly staff! Convenient breakfast and market on site (you pay per item, so it's way cheaper than options in many other hotels). The gym is small, but it has the basics. The elliptical machine is great. I also appreciated their little Christmas gift.

The hotel is centrally located in the shopping district of Rotterdam. Very chic and modern finish. Staff are pleasant and plenty.

The front office should be more nicer, flexible and helpful. Hope the james hotel will be nicer on further

Perfect location! Lies in city centre, view are amazing to the street & the crossing street shops. Very clean. And the my gave us FREE upgrade by the time we were check in! Awesome! Had a superb four days in The James! Will be back for sure & highly recommended this hotel to my colleagues 👍🏽.

The location in the shopping center area is around 700m to the station, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms with rain showers, beds and 4 pillows are very comfortable, the lights are too dim at the reception and waiting room
