Hotel was ok but not a 4 star as rated. Older in a bit of a run down area of town and to many hotels by do with similar names we went to wrong hotel and they were unable to let us know we were at the wrong hotel and made us wait 3 hours before telling us. Very inconvenient we will never stay with this chain again

Good price for Amsterdam. Bit out of the centre but tram very close by so quick and easy to get into the centre. Room was clean and spacious, however smelt strongly of sewage.

The hotel was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great during the heatwave! This hotel was within walking distance to buses and the metro. The staff was beyond helpful. We found out through the staff that the central station was closed for the weekend and they helped us find alternate modes of transportation for our trip.

The hotel is nothing close to a 4-star hotel it smelled of weed and the atmosphere felt ominous - the room was neat and clean but old and a bit musky. I wouldn’t stay there again howevrr
