The indoor natural hot springs pool could definately use a face lift...it just appeared old and not maintained. The room was nice and clean. Good stay.

Nice generous room.
The overall condition of the place needs some touch up especially the shower pressure.
Sky TV is great. Central location.
The themal pool was good. I would have loved it to be hot rather than luke warm.

Old and dated unit, door didn’t shut tight so it banged in the wind. Toilet was small and cramped as was the vanity.
Needed updating in all areas, the bed was uncomfortable, no electric blanket and heat pump.
Was clean and tidy but definitely not worth the price we paid.

We stayed one witch said $109 that was okay , Come the next day 20 minutes after we checked out and got down the road I noticed it charged me $189? When we confronted the Indian at the front office he denied it & said they charged $109 and to not listen to whatever , By this point my partner was overheated witch would’ve ended bad so I told him leave it but I will be putting a complaint in don’t worry about that . - Now that room was okay don’t get wrong but for the price of $189 I could’ve got a better motel closer to where I was meant to be .

Was disappointed that they did not let us know that the pool was under maintenance. I specifically booked at this place as I had my 7 year old Granddaughter with us and she was looking forward to the swim.

The room was dated but has had a upgrade, Bed was comfortable, new carpet, Kitchen was workable,
No aircon but a heater was supplied,
Our biggest Problem was the water pressure in the shower it was bearly a trickle. very bad and hard if you wash your hair

Clean and tidy room. Bed was very comfortable. Close to hospital.
Issue was with the shower pressure as it was very low. Also cold water ran brown on the day we left.

The service for us was great considering we did a last minute booking.
