Good location but the walls are paper thin and the kitchen is not accessible from inside (have to walk around the property to access). Room was tidy and beds were comfortable.

Owner Gillian was an excellent host. Did our transfers from/to NP Station. Took us up to Whakapapa to Gondola on our day of arrival. Room was lovely. We had a spacious 2 bed apartment and kitchen. Common kitchen and lounge facilities (while we waited for the train) were excellent.

The staff were very knowledgeable about the Tongiro Alpine Crossing and were able to answer all questions we had before we went. We felt much more prepared after speaking with them and had an amazing time on the crossing!! Thank you!
