It was an average stay. The apartment was smaller than many other places we stayed in NZ. There was water noises coming from toilet flushes and shower upstairs.

The apartment was OK. Good shower, nice bed, good aircon during a hot summer. On the negative for the apartment, the fridge froze all liquids in it, the space was very dark, and internet was unreliable. The main deal breaker is that Apartments 118 share a driveway and a reception with the Achilles Motel - which is not nice (very run down and old). Unfortunately, some poor behavior from the neighboring guests made us feel uncomfortable.

Small unit, suited requirements. Shower was AWESOME, but the shower door let water all over the tile floor of bathroom. Bit of a safety hazard and the tiny towels being used for surplus water on the floor rather drying ones self.
