We got a phone call on the day to see what check in time would roughly be which was a nice courtesy.
Nice little unit, no issues with noise or facilities. Fyi One light doesnt work above dining table
Nice shower with good pressure, lots of mirrors for us ladies to get ready to go out. Comfy bed and pillows. No complaints. 10/10 would stay again.

Friendly host, balcony room with spa bath (didnt use it), milk and bottled water provided, lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Great stay. All used crockery/utensils are taken away and washed in their dishwasher and replaced with clean ones which is really nice touch not relying on previous guests' standards of cleaning that sometimes aren't the best. Would definitely stay again.

The bathroom flooded when having a shower the bathroom door was broken down the botton there was no kitchen sink to wash our dishes the only cooling system was a ceiling fan which didn’t do much and it was wobbly

The motel studio unit was modern, clean, and quiet, but there are no cooking facilities.
The check-in was very muddled. My friend arrived before me at 5:30 to check in while the office was supposed to be open. The office was in fact closed by then so he used the self check-in facility instead. At 6:30 I received the 3rd phone call of the day from the motel while still in transit, this time asking where my friend was! It was all a bit patience-testing.

Great value for money. Housekeeping came in daily and replaced dirty crockery, made bed etc. just across the road From train station and bus stops so easy commute into Wellington. Beds comfy, spa bath a bonus, nice outdoor area to sit in the sun. Very quiet, spacious room.
