A good place to stay. It does feel like a castle. It has lots of slate and narrow windows and a welcoming vibe. A country castle rather than a glitzy palace,

The door to bathroom was stuck. Tv, fridge and microwave old. Toilet made alot of noise. Pillows rubbish Bed was best sleep on. Noise from road and other people staying there and other motel looking in. Milk what date was it in glass. Just old room.

The staff at the Fitzherbert Castle Motel were very welcoming & accommodating. The only disappointment was that the shower needed a good clean. Everything else seemed to be taken well cared for.
