Friendly welcome from reception staff. Very helpful.
Room was good size and had everything that you required. Exceptional view. Restaurant was fully booked so recommend that you book in advance. However we were accommodated in the bar lounge. Good choice of wine and bar snacks that sufficed as an evening meal. Comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with lovely toiletries. Again book the hot soak tubs in advance. Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and again great service.

Nice property with very friendly staff and good restaurant with great view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Worth noting that there is construction work going on adjacent which we were not aware of when we booked but this did not affect us too much.

The staff was great. We were able to quickly get into a free soak in their spa. The views were amazing in our room.
The rooms are set up very nicely.
Only downside of this location was the construction that was going on in front of the hotel. It wasn’t disruptive in our room, just downgraded the view a little.

An amazing place with stunning views from the balcony! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our family of four stayed for four nights and had a great time. It’s less than a 5-minute drive from Queenstown city center, and parking is available on-site. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub. We’d love to visit again!
