One of the cups wasn't very clean, room a little tired, unusual room configuration, however great location, super comfy bed, great strong shower, excellent view, lovely check in lady who helped with scanning for parking.

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff. We enjoyed three nights in this hotel. Close to restaurants and easy walks around it.
Very basic amenities.
Breakfast food wasn’t the best, and they should offer better coffee quality in a city that prides itself on coffee offerings.

The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance (5–10 minutes) of the rental car office, restaurants, and more. Overall, I had a great experience. The only downside was that I found the restaurant staff to be a bit unfriendly. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Christchurch.
