The receptionist was rude during our stay. We upgraded our reservation from two adults to one adult and two children. Although we paid for the extra child, she did not provide us with additional towels or coffee and tea for the extra person. She also told us to get our milk from the supermarket. Would not recommend anyone wanting a peaceful night.

Smoke alarm went off at 4am waking both our kids due to a low battery, theres no extraction fan in the kitchen. Apart from that the host was super helpful and friendly the room is nice and has everything you need.

Cleanliness, presentable, had everything necessary for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.
Good location, Close to all services.
Only suggestion of improvement is the main entrance sliding door needs to be adjusted. Was not easy to lock or unlock from the inside.
Plus the sliding door from bedroom to bathroom needs to be attached to a fixed track on the floor as well as the top. It came off the top track a few times when it was pulled across to close it. The sliding door also moved & banged every time the door from the kitchen was opened into the bathroom. Minor details but very annoying. I would not request room 14 if I was staying again.
