Brilliant accomodation for the area, had a great stay. My only feedback to owners is to add a timed AC unit to use when hot, and a slightly later default checkout would be perfect like other hotels. Other than that though had a lovely stay and would stay again if traveling through Picton. Walkable to everything.

We loved the views over Queen Charlotte Sound and the amount of space in the apartment. Watching the boats coming and going from the marina whilst in bed, it was a struggle to get up!

No air conditioner in the bedroom, and the one in the living room stopped working, bedroom was very cold I couldn't sleep
Checkout is at 10 AM, and shockingly, a the cleaning lady entered my room without knocking. When I said I needed a few minutes, she replied, 'I'll give you a minute.' It was simply ridiculous. Avoid this place

This was a last minute booking and the apartment was very nice, conveniently close to the ferry port. Exceeded my expectations in most all regards. There is no openable window in the bedroom (that we could find) so the bedroom was seriously stuffy. We were only there for one night so didn't contact management about it but would have if we were staying for longer.

The view is really unbelievable. Right on the waterfront looking down the sound. It makes it hard to leave the apartment, but the location is also totally central and provides easy access to the harbor, the business district, and to lots of walking tracks. Very highly recommended.

An amazing view and a well set up apartment. The only thing I would have liked was a shopping trolly as the supermarket was a bit of a walk and some containers to keep food fresh. Otherwise everything was perfect. Many thanks.

Great views. Clean. However, the check in was confusing. Website said different management agency. Perhaps it has been updated? Check in time buried in information. Telephone number didn’t work for US Verizon? Quite stressed person answered the phone when borrowed locals phone to get information

An excellent stay, the property was clean and large with lots of facilities like washing machine, drying rack, washing powder etc. dishwasher and dishwasher tablets. Some additional staples would have been handy like cooking oil, foil, spices.
The views were amazing of the sounds. Unbeatable! Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the views really was special.
The location was 10/10 also, being right in the thick of Picton you could access bars and restaurants within 1 minute. We stayed in 403 and would highly recommend it.
