Awesome place to stay. Beds were comfortable staff were amazing highly recommend.. only issue I had was x4 of us stayed but we didn’t have enough plates cutlery and no flipper for eggs other than that was awesome

Clean tidy room, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in shower, all I need. Only comment is parking was fairly tight for a large vehicle (ute).

Highly recommend Quality Inn Napier. Ticked all the boxes when it came to staying in a high quality accommodation. Situated on the road adjacent to the ocean. Everything within walking distance. Room spotless and everything provided for a self contained unit. Staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed every moment of my stay in Napier.

We enjoy staying at the Quality Inn Napier. Fantastic central location. Large rooms.
Unfortunately parking is limited. Myself and other customers had to park on the main road as there is not enough parking on site.
I witnessed one vehicle reverse into another vehicle because the parking was so tight.
But overall, the accommodation is fab.

This property is lovely for the price. It is perfectly located, walkable to everything. Very clean and the staff is friendly. The only I would change are the beds. The are very low to the ground which can be difficult for those of us with mobility issues.

Kids loved the covered pool. Its not heated, and the weather was cold but because the wind wasnt a factor they still had the best time swimming.

Close to shops, restaurants, and visitor attractions. Could do with some updating and decorating in places. Disability access was limited and pool not wheelchair accessible. Overall great staff and great service :)
