In the carpark area there were rubbish bags overflowing with loose rubbish blowing around.
I stayed for three nights but they charged me for four days parking!!!!! I didn't see my account until I opened my emails when I got home. I don't expect anyone to see this but I am saying it anyway.

Booked a one bedroom apartment and everything you needed are in the room such as Washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Parking we paid $10 for the night. The room is spacious and heaps of restaurants around. The mall is just opposite the hotel and Starbucks across the street. Will definitely stay again.

The Quest is centrally located and close to places .
What was wrong is the room was not serviced even after I rang reception and told them at 2.00pm the room had not been done.Reception said it would be soon.On our return 7.00pm ,it still had NOT been serviced.
The bed was up against a wall and to get in and out you had to climb over the other person

Love the location. Straight across the road from Star bucks and the shopping centre. Free access to a gym sold me. Only problem was the rubbish from the previous guests was not removed from the toilet bins, or the kitchen bins, There was a change of towels the next day, but sloppy bed remake. So probably cleanliness wasn't great to some degree.

Update you description please. Expedia advertised free parking (one of my reasons for choosing this hotel). When I arrived and asked where to park I was told to use street parking. When I showed the property description clearly stating free parking, I was told Expedia was wrong and although they had free parking it was 'subject to availability'. I checked their carpark and saw that they were leasing many of the parks (empty with tow-away signs) leaving few for guests, all full.
