This place never disappoint! Will always come back to this hotel. Staff se rvoce is amazing. Very clean rooms. Easy parking. Quiet. Has spa where you can relax. Love this place!

As a Family of 4 we were all very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel.
Our room was very spacious and had all the utensils and facilities that we needed. Our room also had its own private Spa Tub which worked perfectly and was very relaxing.
The Hotel was also in close reach to the main town centre, the redwood tree walk and Te Pui.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend a stay for either business or pleasure.

Room was ok. Bathroom quite run down (I suspect the floor under the shower is rotten).
The BBQ area and outdoor seating area is right outside the window. Glad it was winter and no one was out there was that would be plain weird.
