Staff were helpful and not overly chatty. Checked in at 5pm only to be told room was not ready for at least another hour. When check-in time is supposed to be 2pm/3pm. Good paid parking. Hotel appeared to operate on skeletal staff. Room was very spacious and clean however, there was a big gap between floor and door which allowed cold air and noise to travel into room. Amenities were very good especially decent sized kettle for tea. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast offerings were very good both hot and cold.

room was very tired.Have experienced this before and wondered if when you book through a Company Like Hotels.Com the Hotel give you the poor rooms. Have stayed here before and been put in room closest to the lift(yuk)

Nice hotel in central location in Dunedin. Beds could be more comfortable. You have to reserve parking ahead of time or you have to pay for street parking. We had a nice big corner room and tried room service which had great food and snacks. The breakfast buffet also has a great variety.

Was told that the only parking was on the street metered parking. Free after 6pm to 9am the next day but anytime before than it is a max 2 hrs.
AC in room don’t work right was it was hot. Hardly any usb ports available for charging electronic items.

Great location, comfortable hotel, bathroom cleaning could be better, particularly in shower. Secure parking an issue, tried to book in advance and all gone. This is an annoying issue as I prefer to park in hotel securely.
